Questions
What people ask first
If yours is not here, text us.
Can I walk in without booking?
We work by appointment so every client gets the time they need. If a chair is open when you walk in, we will take you for what the time allows.
How do I book?
Choose a time on the booking page, or send us a text. You can pick Eunhee or Dontae, or take whoever is free.
How long does a visit take?
A polish change takes about 20 minutes and a natural manicure about 30. A gel manicure takes about 45, a fill about an hour and a new overlay about 75 minutes. The menu shows each time.
What is builder gel, and how is it different from acrylic or dip?
Builder gel is a thick gel brushed over your natural nail and cured under a lamp. It sits on the nail as a thin layer, and we shape it short. It is an overlay, not an extension, so it does not add length. We do not do acrylic, dip or long extensions.
Do I need to book removal first?
If another salon did your gel, overlay or acrylic, tell us when you book and we will set aside time to take it off. Please do not pull it off yourself.
Can I bring a picture?
Yes. Bring or text us a photo of a color you like. We match it to a family and your nail shape, and tell you how close we can get.
What if a nail lifts?
Tell us within a week and we will look at it with you.
How do you clean your tools?
We clean and disinfect metal tools between clients, and each client gets a new file and buffer. Ask us at the table and we will show you.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
One guest may sit with you; the room is small. We do nails for clients 13 and older, so younger children are welcome to sit with a grown-up but we do not do their nails.
How do pricing and tipping work?
Prices show on the booking page and depend on the service, its time and what you add. Tips are welcome and never expected. The pricing page has the details.
